Raiyah Elahi, a long term resident of the State of Georgia, has pursued higher education here, and is paying it forward to the community that she serves in Metropolitan Atlanta while investing in the present and future health of her community. Raiyah received her Master’s Degree in Sports Health Science, specializing in Exercise Physiology, from Life University and is an Emory University Certified Health Coach. This training has allowed Raiyah to develop a strong background in kinesiology, biomechanics, strength training, nutrition in fitness, and therapeutic exercise. Now utilizing this education, to help others set their own personalized healthy lifestyle goals in order to maximize their overall wellness. After an intensive one on one consultation, Raiyah develops a unique exercise program that is specific to each individual patient, focusing on his or her body type and fitness goals. She also provides educational consultations, allowing patients to better understand the importance of their personal healthier lifestyle modifications, eating habits, and exercise goals. Raiyah’s passion stems from educating her patients on the significance of implementing healthier day-to- day modifications to promote a rich, healthy, and well-balanced lifestyle.
